Mini Squads – Snappers 30 mins

Kick set
Now what?

You are now ready for the full length 25 metre pool and swimming the longer distances will help you become a strong swimmer. Swimmers at this level continue to refine breast stroke and butterfly, as these 2 strokes require greater coordination and strength to master. You will learn new drills and continue to strengthen your kick in all 4 strokes. Streamlining, listening, following instructions and watching the clock will help you improve. Mastering the four strokes takes time, but you are progressing well because you are swimming a regular 2 or even 3 times per week. As soon as you can demonstrate a reasonable level of independence with good fitness and are good at following instructions we will have you swimming in the String ray level. You will be doing well at your school carnivals if you are a regular participant at this level.
